Lotte Castelijns

Lotte Castelijns is a family and inheritance law specialist and started as a lawyer in the district of North Holland. She advises, litigates and mediates with a flair and enthusiasm all her own. She is both a recognized specialist in inheritance law and family law and as such is registered with the Association of Family Lawyers and Divorce Mediators (www.vfas.nl).

Lotte was also the first lawyer in the Netherlands to specialize in International Family Law and Inheritance Law and has thus become proficient in cross-border family and inheritance law issues. 

Lotte is registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Dutch Bar Association for the legal fields of family and inheritance law.

Lotte has been active as a lawyer since 2006. Her memberships include:

• Mediatorsfederatie Nederland (MfN registered mediator with accreditation Family Mediation).
